BRAND MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Managing and coordinating between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Meet with clients to take detailed briefs and clarify the specific requirements of each project
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
  • Develop a detailed understanding of client, its organizational structure, business, and project
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Build strategic operational plans & participate in generation of fresh ideas/ processes/ campaigns
  • Planning, development and implementation of marketing activities via online and offline advertising, promotions, events, direct marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
  • Oversees marketing Campaign, Media Planning & Buying

 

Budget Management

  • Control cost through monthly review of expenses with marketing and finance team
  • Support in the management of the marketing budget and working with the relevant stakeholders to maximise ROI
  • Consolidate figures at end of every quarter and year to determine projected annual
  • cost is within budget
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Managing project progress delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget

 

Brand Management

  • Ensure the consistency of brand voice, image, and positioning
  • Ensure that all marketing activities support product/market fit
  • Promote marketing’s activities to best speak to the brand’s consumers
  • Support creation and planning of a multi-layered marketing calendar (product, promotion, campaigns, events)
  • Understands the market, competitors, consumer segmentations.
  • Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activity to ensure KPIs and ROIs are met.
  • Generate and track monthly required reports (etc revenue reports)
  • Providing insights, feedback, and recommendations for future campaigns
  • Develop marketing calendar across individual marcomms channels (eDMs, website, social media, blog, catalogs, VM etc)
  • Proofreading (and editing where necessary) communication materials (press releases, external presentations, reports, invitations, website, social media, blog etc )
  • Monitor all comms platforms and ensure that all postings, interactions, enquiries and feedbacks are responded to in a timely manner
  • Work with marketing team and merchandising manager to present promotion
  • mechanics and get approval.
  • Lead the team on strategic digital, social media, influencer community, and influencer campaign deliveries.
  • Developing strong content strategy to support growth in the region
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience either in an agency or in-house environment (have dealt with external creative agencies)
  • A diploma or degree in Mass Communications / Business Administration / Marketing
  • Good understanding of complex project and business
  • Result-driven
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Capacity to manage high stress situations
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
